Growth starts with Connection
When a baby is born, they possess nearly all the neurons they will ever have. Mental strength and wisdom and growth in a child are only achieved by connections between these neurons. Mosaic Community Builders “builds community” via connections. All the raw materials are present – we simply foster connections that cause those “building blocks” to form together into something more beautiful and powerful than it was before.
The groundwork of Mosaic Community Builders is done by a team of “Builders” who are focused on fostering connection among families, businesses, and communities of faith through:
Hosting events - community block parties, business leader luncheons, recreational/athletic events, etc.
Polling and Surveys – providing valuable information to community leaders about the values, beliefs, and concerns of the people of Duluth and immediate surrounding areas.
Resourcing – Not everything can be “Googled” – you need a real person to make real connections.
